Harvest Moon You remind me of the harvest moonHarvest Moon by ~poshlost
tugging the shore from beneath my feet, of
rowing out to sea in winter with empty nets
till spring, of catching every breath
in crystals on the same forgotten docks,
Where gravity knots my tendons into rope,
my teeth into chalk and ash, and my eyes
into searchlights scanning the horizon
for the first ship that leads to you.

Hello, I'm Signature. Nice to meet you.
I thought you were eaten by University.
Thank you for continuing to read my work, despite being gnawed on by academia.
Lawschool is pretty much killing me, though. I HATE THE CONSTITUTION OF INDIA.
And I love your work! You've gotten better. Though I still enjoy going through some of your old writings I marked as my favorites.
Aaaaaand how are you?

Hello, I'm Signature. Nice to meet you.
I decided to go back to school and finish it this time, doing something that wasn't simply prestigious, but something I'd enjoy. So I'll be studying literature, rhetoric and professional writing, with a language or two in between.
By current lofty and highly improbable plan is to get a masters in linguistics and then travel the world studying languages - but I never seem to stick to my plans, so we'll see how that works out.

Oh and sorry for the late response

And everything keeps telling me to run right away..

Everywhere I go I'm asked if the universities stifle writers. My opinion is that they don't stifle enough of them. There's many a best seller that could have been prevented by a good teacher. --Flannery O'Connor
